The project of the new building is located in the peripheral areas of the town. The building typology of this project allowed the creation of a series of independent residential dwellings, minimizing the presence of common spaces.
The consistency and the size of the building are lightened up by specific details aiming to minimize its impact. The movement of the volumes is given by the need of highlighting a strong identity the residential properties at the two ends of the building. The central portion is characterized by the presence of a “patio”.
