The project includes the erection of a multi-use building for both commercial and administrative activities.
The planimetry and its remarkable size in relation to the surrounding land use, have been affected by precise technical and financial needs.
The project study adopted a number of strategic expedients aimed to decrease and mitigate the impact of the building o9n the surrounding land use and at the same time to characterize it with its own identity.
It’s been conceived as a large steel and glass container, contained itself by a number of outer brick arcades.
